The company was GREAT with which to deal, and the tape is perfect for my needs. I am not a trainer or PT, so please take my opinion with a grain of salt. But - I think this product is misnamed! I first ordered an incorrect one because I was thrown off with the "rigid" in the name of the correct one. It is actually a GREAT replacement for Band-aid type tape (which is for what I am using it).
