When you place your order, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link allowing you to track your delivery status at any time.

Orders within the USA are shipped via USPS or UPS from an Amazon Warehouse.

For this reason, we recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible.

If your address is unattended at the time of delivery, your order may be transferred to the nearest post office and held for 7 business days before being returned to us.

Please Note:

• The above shipping times are estimates only. We do our best to meet these timelines but cannot accept responsibility if delivery falls outside these estimates.

• Boxes may be damaged in transit; this is beyond our control. The primary purpose of packaging is to protect the product inside.

• We do not accept responsibility for any item(s) that may go missing in transit.

• For large orders—especially international shipments or sale items—we reserve the right to remove items from their boxes to provide a realistic and economical shipping rate.

• During busy promotional or sale periods, dispatch times may be delayed due to increased volume.

Hampton Adams requires a signature for delivered goods, at which point responsibility for the purchased items transfers to you. If you specify a recipient other than yourself (e.g., a gift), a signature from that individual serves as confirmation of delivery and transfer of responsibility.
If you request that Hampton Adams leave the parcel at an unattended location, the absence of a signature also constitutes transfer of responsibility.
