This large roll really helps. We don't have to be stingy on aches and pains. Taping to immobilize limbs with torn tendons, taping to protect from chafing, taping for plantar fasciitis, and taping for ankle support.

The product is excellent it stays on whether you are wet from the shower, or just sweating . Although it worked exceptionally well, I did experience a little bit of a rash when it was put on too tight. Fortunately it healed quickly. I don’t believe I’m allergic to the product. I just believe that if the tape is too tight, or remove too quickly it’s pulling the skin, therefore causing damage. Otherwise I recommend it

Medical adhesives usually cause my skin to blister and itch, but this tape hasn't caused any reaction after two weeks of use. I am using it to tape my knee after a strain and it lasts 4 days with moderate activity and daily showers. I could probably stretch it to 5 days, but I noticed that by the fifth day the tension in the tape wears off a little. If you're looking for support without the bulk of a brace definitely try this out!

This is the best K Tape that my PT and I have ever found. It stays on in the shower— more than one shower too. It doesn’t irritate the skin, and I have very sensitive skin— I even have an adhesive allergy that is not effected by this. I will definitely be ordering again when I run out.

This tape stays on much longer than KT brand tape, if one follows the directions, being especially careful to apply to dry skin. My second attempt lasted through a week, showers didn't faze it at all. It is every bit as supportive, and has been a great help in supporting my knee as it heals.

i'd love to buy a 135 foot roll of flesh colored tape for my old arthritic left knee and take advantage of the 2 for the price of 1 on first purchase, BUT your only method of contact is FACEBOOK which I don't and never will belong to.

These are fine if you don't require complete stability. I have sensitive skin and have found this to be difficult to get off my skin days after being put on. Through showers and baths once on, it sticks. I just wish my skin wasn't so sensitive.

I love this tape! I was a competitive gymnast as a child so I pretty much destroyed my body and some days it feels like this tape is the only thing holding me together. You can't beat the cost for the quantity and the tape is high quality as well. It lasts me 2-3 days on and it's still very sticky when I take it off, so I suggest taking it off in the shower to help. Overall I love this tape and it is the only brand I will be buying!

Tape works well but definitely doesn't stick as well as KT tape. This stuff tends to start peeling up along the edges after the first day unlike KT tape which lasts 5-7 days. Overall gets the job done but I change the tape much more frequently than KT tape. I even round the corners and it still peels up. Would I buy again...maybe.

Amazing Grip! This KTape stays on & supports for days (maybe weeks). Through swims, showers, sweat & even moisturizer. Stays on even when I’m wearing leggings. It was easy to cut with scissors in either direction. Useful if doing knee cap/torn meniscus support and splitting tape in half to cover around the knee cap. Stretches smoothly. Backing paper tears easily when tape is stretched to make application easy not to touch tape. No allergic reaction and my skin is sensitive. Allergies to most sunscreens and some moisturizers. Does leave some tape residue, which can be removed with some moisturizer, a little time to sink in followed by gentle rubbing off with your fingers. THIS BLOWS name brand KT tape away!! KT tape peeled off my legs 10 minutes after application just walking around, and I have dry skin. (Nope- didn’t just moisturizer either... Name Brand “KT tape†was crap). This K Tape is a GREAT SUPPORTIVE DEAL! A Win-Win!

I have moderate arthritis in knees and have "taped" my knees and it has dramatically reduced swelling and have enabled me to walk with adequate support. I have tried 3 different types of knee supports and the tape helps just as much as the supports and not bulky.Totally recommend purchase and product well worth the money spent on full roll!

This tape has excellent adhesion even when wet. Sometimes it seems it's a little too adhesive as a couple times a little skin was taken. One just needs to be careful to slowly remove the tape. I've used Rock Tape brand as well. They are comparable in quality, but Rock Tape is more expensive.

This tape helps with my hands. My PT used it on my hands the first time (i had never even heard of it). I use it to help with my arthritis. This brand tape secures well and doesn't peel off when it isn't supposed to. I would recommend it. I have taken it to my PT and he approved it as well.

This tape is great! With proper application I have had this tape stay put with great support for 5+ days! (And that is many days more than on "on brand" tapes) I generally use this regularly for plantar fasciitis, and it has made a great difference in my pain and foot support both during regular life and while working out. I love that I can customize how long of pieces that I need with out wasting little bits and ends from pre-cut pieces.

This is a great bulk roll of kinesiology tape. I tried to take a picture of how much the stretch was but I can tell you that it is very stretchy but still provides good support.Also in the picture you can see the size of the roll I put a pin in the picture to give you an idea of how big the role of tape is.

I have struggled with plantar fasciitis for the longest time, and whenever I'm in a flare up, K tape helps a lot. This sticks, keeps things stable and works well. The only issue I have with it is showering. It doesn't dry quick and will soak your socks and shoes.

The kinesiology tape is the new wonder of wonders. I have been using it when I need it to help pain in my joint areas. My daughter, when she fell and hurt herself, used it as well. Every single day she wrapped her knee. The only thing that makes it a pain, is that the exposed end will lift up after wearing it during the course of a day.

I have endured many sports injuries over the years, so I am always looking for new ways to help ease pain and restore comfortable movement. This is the first time I have tried K tape, I know, right?I was hoping it would offer adjunct relief to the injured area without the bulkiness of a compression sleeve or brace for use under clothes. I tried this tape on my leg, foot, arms, and wrist.I cannot compare it to other tapes since this is my first experience, but I will say it has potential. However, I may need a wider, ticker tape, because I've seen different size tapes being used concurrently and this doesn't seem to be enough. I am happy to say there was no skin irritation from the adhesive. I had tried a different type of tape last night (Bra Tape) that caused skin irritation. This tape worked well on my knee and ankle. Like other tapes, you still have to cut/shape the ends so it doesn’t curl on you. The adhesion is good, it stayed on pretty well in the shower. I did have to change it since it was wet. The support is similar to other tapes.

AWESOME - this is an instant hit thanks largely to the nice big roll. Save money and use what you want as you want it. Now for the nitty gritty. Is this the best I've used? No - but it's not bad either and the price difference blows the best one out of the water. I can't justify spending a small fortune on something with such a limited lifespan. I'm not a pro so why pay more? This is convenient thanks to the size of the roll itself, versatile to use as/when needed and cost effective.

This is one large roll of Kinesiology tape. I've been using it at night for my shoulder & it works better than other tapes I've tried. The best thing is about it is it did not cause any irritation. I've tried another brand for use overnight & it irritated my skin after wearing it for 9+ hours, & this one did not. It's great that you get a huge amount of tape with this roll, and you can cut it to the size you need. It's beige, comes boxed, sticks well and is a brand I'd purchase again. 5 Stars!

I have pending knee surgery and I use K-tape to provide stability and support. This is a single roll so you need to cut to fit. I find proper handing of K-tape is challenging but when I get it right, it lasts. This tape seems to last well and the adhesion is not so much as to pull my skin off. Doesn’t replace a brace but for temporary support it is pretty good.

This would be well suited for use by the team sports doc. The box serves as a dispenser for the giant roll within. The tape seems to adhere well. It soaks up some water from a shower but I think you could blot it dry and leave it on sever days if desired. I was hoping to use this as compression on a seroma after cancer surgery but several articles lead me to question if that is safe. Something about it causing stray cancer cells to migrate when they otherwise wouldn't have. So my recommendation is that you should use this under the direction of a physician to be sure it is right for your situation and that you are applying it in the most effective way.

This is great kinesiology tape. It is a bulk pack so you cut the strips to the length you need. Wonderful for pain relief if you overdo it. You can also use it as a preventative to avoid potential muscle strain. I have tendonitis in my elbow and this tape is the only thing that brings relief. I use it for up to 2 weeks at a time and will have months of pain free arm movement. This sticks very well and it waterproof and sweat proof. It does stick to arm hair so do be careful when removing it. This tape is a hit.

This Kinesiology Tape is easy to use. It is flexible but strong enough for support. I use it for a tendon in my thumb that painfully snaps when I bend the finger. Instead of being sensible and seeing a doctor--I keep the thumb wrapped. This tape is perfect for that purpose. It is water resistant and the adhesive is very gentle and non-irritating to my skin. Good stuff.

If you don’t mind having to do the cutting yourself this will be what seems like an entire years worth of tape. It sticks well, just like the big name brand. The support was just as good as well. But unlike the cheapest version of the name brand, this is waterproof. It held up to showering well and for more days. This tape is easy to cut and is very flexible making it easy to apply wherever you need to use the tape. The tape is beige making it low profile if you don’t want it to stand out. Although it’s long lasting, the tape is easy to remove without ripping hair out and it doesn’t irritate your skin. The container this comes in also acts a dispenser, to easy to pull product out without issue. Also on the back of each strip are measuring squares allowing for detailed cutting or shaping of the tape as needed.

Have been using k-tape (via my chiropractor) for years, but decided I wanted to keep some on hand at home. So cost effective to buy it in a huge roll like this - you really do get a lot. I have found that this brand is very easy to cut (helpful grids on the backing) and stays on extremely well - after several days (with baths, showers, multiple clothing changes, etc.), it's still holding strong. Not itchy at all; feels great, actually! Very happy with this stuff.

I have been using various brands of Kinesiology Tape for many years, initially for carpal tunnel (which I eventually completely cured!) and then for other strains and pains as they come up. This tape is slightly thinner than some tapes but it works - it has good adhesion and is not irritating to my overly sensitive skin. I like that it comes in a big roll in a dispenser box.

Can be used right out of the provided container. Just pull and cut what you need. I used it on my elbow to help with the aim. It did wanders for me in that regard. It’s flexible and made to last for days if need be. Helps me with sore muscles and gets the most out of me during times of soreness. Doesn’t leave residue even after days of wearing. Update (27 January 2020). This tape has definitely been doing it right for me. Keeping my knees and elbows wrapped for a day to four days. Sweat, dirt, grime it doesn’t matter, it just stays put. My husband has exhausted his knees and ankle over the years with TaeKwon Do and soccer over the years. In fact, he's had ACL reconstruction on both knees and broke his arm. His ankle was hurting him just about every day.We've seen other people using this tape, and have heard good stories, so when we saw this product offered, we ordered it right away. When it arrived, we looked up some YouTube videos and figured out how to use it on the different areas. This roll is nice because it's uncut, so we can dispense the lengths we need and cut them where we need to. It sticks well and is hypoallergenic so he's had no rash or itching. I've heard that can be an issue with other tapes. It stretches well which helps with applying it and stays in place. When it's time to remove it, it comes off well without hurting.It does in fact, help his pain. I'm not sure how, but it does. I'm glad this roll is 45 feet because we'll be using it all. This book kinesiology tape works excellent. This works just as well as more expensive name brands. It sticks extremely well, especially when you wipe your skin down with alcohol before application. This definitely relieves some pain and offers stability while dealing with an injury. Highly recommended.

I usually use KT tapes so this is a huge amount -- 45 yards -- of tape for me. Mine usually come in smaller amounts in bright colors. I can go without the colors.I mostly use these on my knees, from above on the outer top moving inward below my knees. Tape has made a huge difference in my being able to be as active as I am. This K tape is surprisingly good. It’s softer and thinner than my usual pro brand and it stays in place way better. It is by far much more comfortable. Because it’s a bit thinner, my PT said to double up in areas of extra pain, which worked really well. I am especially pleased at how well this tape sticks. Other brands come off at the ends and stick to clothing. This is long lasting and you barely notice it’s there while providing a great deal of support. I’m a new fan and this will be my go to tape from now on. (Note: I use this primarily for knees/Achilles).
