I have been using tape like this for years. I mainly used name brands that my doctors recommended but last year I developed an allergic reaction to them within hours of having the tape on, so I have been trying to find an alternative. I have had no allergic reaction to this! This product is amazing! It is inexpensive and contains way more tape than the other brands for way less money. The adhesion is fantastic. I normally start to see peeling within the first day or two of having tape and sometimes have to reapply within a week, but with this tape I haven't had that at all. I can keep the tape on for at least a week if not longer!

An excellent, low cost Kinesiology tape! I am a life-long rock tape (RT) guy. I was very hesitant to buy this because RT works great for me. This is on par with RT or even better because it’s affordable! I used this for plantar fasciitis, Achilles support, and tib anterior support. Was very surprised how well this held. I am a heavy sweater and do road run/swim combos and this held great! No edge peeling. Easy to cut and shape. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful Kinesiology tape which stretches (elasticity), and adheres (extra firm hold) to the skin while providing bracing support. This tape is waterproof, sweatproof, and is easily peeled off without leaving a sticky residue. I personally find it easy to remove the tape prior to bathing rather than getting it wet first. I take daily epsom foot soaks finding it requires about 10-15 min to cut then apply the stirrup strip to my lower extremites around both heels. The 1 package contains two rolls which are sterile, and ready to use with a grid pattern on the back that is easy to cut to size. Using the used backing grid side to firm the Ktape in place seals the tape's edges to the skin.

I have been using this tape for support during my 2nd pregnancy! I chose k-tape over using a pregnancy belly band and I'm so glad I did! As soon as the tape is on I feel instant relief. There are so many different ways to put it so I can easily adapt it to what I need each time. It's not bulky like belly bands are and no one has a clue I'm wearing it. This tape lasts for about 3 days for me and is so much easier to take off than the cheap kind I originally tried at Walmart. I have sensitive skin and this doesn't bother my skin at all! I just placed my second order!

The good: The markings on the back make cutting it to desired length a snap. Cuts easily. It is thin and flexible, it stretches nicely and sticks very well. It did the job and reduced my pain dramatically. It removes well also, after wearing for 3 days. No tearing of the skin, etc, and I have very sensitive, thin skin. Tho my skin reacted badly and I got a severe rash, taking the tape off was not a problem and it did not tear the wounded skin.The bad: It left me with a bad reaction to the adhesive. Red rash, lines outlining where the tape ended. Painful, itchy. After 3 days without the tape I can still see the rash, tho it has subsided a lot. Some folks have easily irritated skin, and I'm one. Other things also cause me issues, so I think I can't trash this item just based on that.I gave it 4 stars because it functioned very well. Stuck easily, cut easily, came off easily, and relieved my pain dramatically. Not 5 stars, tho, because it also gave me a painful rash everywhere it had stuck onto my skin.

I was looking for a less expensive version of kinesiology tape than the more popular brands that were still functional.This tape comes in two rolls of 16 ft each (i.e 32 feet total). It appears to adhere every bit as well as KT tape and is water resistant. I wear it for 48 hours before changing. The fact that it is about the same price as a roll of 16 feet of KT tape means I get twice as much tape for the $$$.The only reason I did not give it 5 stars for pain relief is that I was applying it to reduce plantar fasciitis pain and while it did appear to reduce the pain some, there was still some residual discomfort in my heel. But to be fair, neither did the KT tape eliminate heel pain. That is really a function of the individual users plantar fasciitis pain and is not a criticism of the tape itself.

Been ordering the KT tape brand up until I saw this option. A little cheaper for a 2 pack. I've been dealing with stiff calves due to walking so much at work and some of that time walking on uneven terrain such as rocks. KT brand seems to stick a little better and offer a little more pain relief, but this works as well and I've noticed I just need more strategically place it to feel the relief.

I have a connective tissue disorder that results in almost constant joint issues and have been a user of KT tape for quite a while. I have only used the precut strips of the KT Tape, both original and pro, but have had a ton of issues with the tape not peeling up after 24 hours when used on my hands and arms. I went looking for an alternative and decided to try this out based off of the reviews. It works immensely better. For each application I can typically get 2-3 days on my hands/arms and 5-7 days in other areas. And on top of that you get two rolls for the price of one of the name brand and I like that these aren’t precut so I can decide the length that works best for whatever area I’m taping. I do have sensitive skin and I am allergic to a lot of adhesives and I haven’t reacted to this tape. Highly recommend

Game changer I have told everyone about this tap I recently saw my big brother bent over in pain I told him I had ordered this tap for my knee he should give it a try a few weeks later I saw him he was doing so great standing up like his normal self my mother has had chronic back pain for over 50 years I must Be honest it does not illuminate all of her pain but she says she can feel the differenceas for me I can definitely feel the difference in my knee and ankle the pain will come back host after wearing it for two or three days it’s time to take it off my personal opinion you will feel so much better at least for a week or two or maybe even longer it works it works and what a great price for pain reliever

The adhesive was not very strong and I put it on right after shower. Worked to relieve arm pain when golfing. Didn’t have a problem taking it off. It is good enough for a few hours, but definitely not all day or multiple days.

Using this for dequervain's tendonitis. The tape splint is definitely helpful (see YouTube video), and it provides partial pain relief, but not complete relief. A carefully applied tape splint will stay on my arm/wrist/hand for at least 2 days, but the elastic may stretch out slightly after that. Reinforcing the ends of the tape helps to prevent early peeling off. I would also definitely recommend a wrist/hand splint which immobilizes the thumb if you have more than minimal symptoms.

When using for football turf tape: along back of arm down to elbow, the key is NOT to stretch it,, but peel backing as you apply it down arm. This tape is not as wide as others, so you may need to run two strips. We overlapped them just a bit and they stick and stay on all game, unlike other tapes. The adhesion on this tape is the best. Others peeled off during 1st quarter. Apply after shower (clean and oil free skin) and do not use lotion on area before applying tape.

If you need K-Tape, (Kinesiology Tape), this is the tape to buy. It bends and stretches so you can easily apply it to wherever you need the K-Tape. I've used several brands of kinesiology tape. This is the only brand I've used that doesn't start to peel off halfway through my workout. In fact, I can easily keep this on for several days if I so desire, and I have to remove it in order for it to come off. Even better, this is much less expensive than the other brands that I have tried.

I like the quality of the product and how easy it is to use. My husband has me tape him up for motorcyle trips that strain his left knee. I gave it 4 stars because of the residue it left on his leg after he took it off. I cleaned his skin with alcohol before hand and rubbed the tape after I applied it. A previous brand left no residue.

I really like Hampton Adams tape. It adheres well for several days as a good quality Kenisio tape should. People who have complained about it falling off don’t know how to properly apply it. Talk with your Physical therapist or chiropractor on how to do it correctly, or at bare minimum watch some YouTube videos. I use it a lot and have never had any trouble with the glue reacting negatively with my skin. All around it is an excellent tape at a pretty good price. Can’t beat that.

Look...I was skeptical in a lot of these reviews. Let me state this...if you've never worn KT Tape this is NOT the product for you. This is for people who know what to expect and how to properly take it off. It's suppose to stick and last days even weeks that's what it was made for. If you try to take it off too soon you will rip flesh. I have found soaking after a week if you want to change it and then slowly running you thumb underneath it, takes it off without ripping flesh.

I clean up the areas with soap and water or alcohol, let it dry good. This stuff holds for 3 days thru sweat, showers, play, everything. I had to use some KT pro bc I misplaced mine for one game and it was junk. Ripped it off in the middle of the game bc it was peeling. ​I'll never go without this brand again. I don't know about pain relief, but definitely can feel support and help with healing and preventing more injury.Used for rotator cuff and thumb tendonitis playing volleyball.

I was looking for an alternative to Rocktape and have gone through about 3 or 4 different types. This tape is the first one that actually stuck and acted almost exactly like Rocktape. However - the down side - is that this tape sticks and leaves a residue. I'm a long distance runner and usually tape will fall off, but this one stuck and stayed on my legs for hours. Even after getting wet this really did a great job.Again the only con is really the residue it leaves behind, but some baby oil took care of it pretty quickly. If you don't mind that step (and the peeling off - which had some pain because of how well the adhesion is) then this is a great alt to more expensive brands.
