I am in using this tape on my hand, wrist, forearm and my foot/ankle. Once applied, rub it a little to "warm the tape" and this stuff does NOT COME OFF. I can shower with it, work outside, wear boots and gloves and it sticks! Getting it wet has no effect on the tape. GREAT STUFF

This huge roll is definitely value for the money. I don't typically write a whole lot of reviews, but this one REALLY deserves the review I am about to give it. Yes, you have to cut it to length, and it does help to round the corners.... But best of all this stuff STICKS when others don't. I live in a very hot/humid environment, and find that other kinesiology tapes stay put for a day, maybe, then start to lift along the edges... But the Hampton Adams is THE BEST that I have tried, and I have even tried the so called "premium" brands. I also have sensitive skin, and yes, it will take your skin off if you don't remove the tape properly. Don't peel it off dry! First, use something like Jojoba oil to soak all the tape that is stuck to your skin THOROUGHLY, before you ever get it wet and let it sit for several minutes. Start peeling it off, SLOWLY, and use another finger to hold down the skin unless letting the tape stretch the skin as you pull it off. Work very carefully and very slow, but I can say, the adhesive, although extremely strong, is very gentle on sensitive skin!!! Some Kinesiology tapes I have used have made me itch like mad as soon as I put it on. This one, stuck like chuck, does not make me itch, but like I said, you have to be careful removing it. Don't just pull it off. Make sure you don't put anything in your skin where the tape will be applied. No lotion, no oil. That means, after you get this tape off by using oil to get the old tape off, make sure you wash thoroughly to remove all the oil, before you get out of the shower/tub! Just know this tape can be counted on to work like it should, and is extremely strong and supportive to even seriously injured muscles, tendons & ligaments. The best that I have found!

I have really bad knees..injuries and arthritis...could barely get up and walk around. Tried some from a local store and it seemed to really change my pain levels and discovered I was standing straight. Used it for two days before changing it. I use a little hair conditioner to remove it, came off easily and effortlessly. Decided to get this monstor roll two weeks ago and for 2 weeks no pain. Went from walking with a cane and tens care unit to walking without assistance. My balance is better and energy has shot up out the roof. Now I can walk down all the isles at stores, malls with no pain. Highly recommend it! But with anything try going to local store. Start with small roll and see how it works for you. If you notice a big difference recommend ordering a larger roll if needed. I also checked with my doc and physical therapist.they said to try it and see how it goes. Been great!!

I've used this tape multiple times for thumb related injuries. Any tape on your hands/fingers is difficult to keep on. My experience with KT tapes was disappointing: having to stop constantly to re-tape. While this tape is thinner than the KT, it is very flexible and STAYS put on your skin or wrapped on itself. The adhesive keeps the tape in place until you want to remove it. If you wear it for an extended time you will need to scrub the area to remove all the residue.

I had been buying small rolls at the local sporting good store till I found this roll. This one roll is equal to about 8 little rolls so I saved over $30 buying the big roll. It also has the cut marks on the back of the tape which is very helpful.

Super sticky and last way longer than Rock. Have to tape my knee during work. With long pants Rock comes off and rolls on the edges. This stuff is awesome and sticks. Sometimes too well were it’s hard to get off. But some heat helps with that. Don’t just rip it off or you will lose your skin. Did that done that. But awesome stuff. Last forever if needed. Haven’t had it come off ever. Even after a few showers. It does leave sticky residue at edges. But all seem to do.

Adhesive is much better than K-T tape. Both on skin and adhearing to itself. I use it for extended wear ,4-5 days. Have used for elbow and shoulder areas. Stays on thru showers. Removes easily. I clean houses so my right shoulder and elbow really need support and this tape is perfect.

Since 2015 I have been rehabbing one injury after another. I’ve taped myself once to twice a day every single day for almost 6 years. I’ve used many different brands, and some are better than others. This brand is thinner than the others but it’s already proven to be superior in taping my wrist (which I underlay with gauze). I can’t speak on its use for any body parts, but for my wrist, this will all I’ll ever be ordering.

it does stay put even when wet, sometimes too good. It does seem to be harder to remover than kinesio brand, it also has left black stained sticky adhesive out of the sides at times. Is it worth the price, yes, I'd prefer kenesio gold but for bulk and for the price it is worth it... thinner skin areas I still use regular kenesio

I e had problem feet for20 years due to a neuropathy.I have used this tape to correct the position of my toes, built up custom padding in shoes, applied dressings to pressure sores.Since I can’t feel my feet I have to be confident there is no abrasion or it’s a disaster.No problems with this tape. It breathes, holds when damp, maintains tension.The long role is so economical that my Podiatrist is buying it now.

My husband has tendonitis so I bought this for him. It is an incredible value. We ended up using velcro type wraps for him because he has incredibly sensitive skin so we have a bunch left. He works in a kitchen and with all the rubbing he couldn't keep it on longer than 24 hours. But I don't think there is any issue with the tape, I'm pretty sure frequently pulling it off would cause irritation for anyone sensitive skin or not. I'm glad I got it because we will use the whole roll eventually and I got my moneys worth out of it.

This is great KT tape. I’ve only previously used the KT brand tape but this stuff lasts longer, sticks better and supports better. I use it on my feet and ankles, so heavy wear. KT brand would last 3 days max and begin peeling after the first shower. Hampton Adams would last a week if I left it on that long, it seems to adhere better the longer you wear it.

This tape is as advertised. It has good adhesion and is waterproof. Doesn't come off in shower or pool. It is easily applied. I have used it for osteoarthritic fingers and thumbs and a Morton's neuroma. It helps some with finger and thumb pain and quite a lot for the neuroma pain.

I have *finally* found kinesio tape that will stay in place throughout an intense 45-minute workout -- and then some! No joke. The first time I tried this tape it stayed on for over 3 days -- workouts, showers, daily wear and tear from kids, sleeping -- it *never* even moved! Eventually it started to fray on the edges, but by that point I was still impressed the adhesive properties were still holding strong. For anyone that sweats profusely during workouts, this is the tape for you!

Use kt tape alot on knee. With this roll it's better to adjust the size needed rather than a precut strip that's too long but half is too short. And will definitely last a little longer than the ones we would buy in store.

The tape is great the adhesive sticks very well, I didn’t use it for pain but my wife did and she said it worked just as good as KT tape. I used it to hold socks up on my dogs feet for an infection treatment. The tape stuck just fine and didn’t rip all his hair out on removal! Very well priced for the amount you get.

It look ok.. but when using it feels a little no so good on the quality. Also it comes of the paper backing by itself which can be very messy and wasteful at times. The good thing is that once in the skin can last over a week of normal use even showering and working out.

I bought this for my 13-year-old son who is waiting to have ankle surgery. He had 6 weeks of physical therapy and they applied Rock Tape ( another kinesiology brand tape) We had a problem with every time he took a shower it would come off. Now, this was on his foot and up to his ankle. Feet sweat and water runs down your legs. We were having to change the tape every day and I was hoping that it would stay for the 3 to 5 days as it said on the boxI took a chance and I bought the Hampton Adams Kinesiology 45 yard roll tape. I was amazing. I gave it a week before I decided to write this review. It stayed through his showers and when he went to sleep. I decided to change it every 3 days but I know he could wear it longer. I don't have to double layers like I had to with the other tape. He loves it. He doesn't have to tape it with another tape before a shower like we were having to do with Rock tape. And the cost difference was amazing. This tape was so much cheaper and its better than any other tape we tried. We have tried 4 and this is definitely waterproof and sweatproof. And I want to add My son has athletes foot that affects his whole foot and the tape does take off some skin. If his skin was health if wouldn't be doing it. I hope this helps anyone that is wanting to try this tape. We will definitely be buying this again .

This works as well as KT tape and is a much better value. The only (very minor) negative for us is the appearance isn't as neat as using the pre-cut KT strips, but it is nice to be able to customize the length.
