Fine I’ll right a review since this tape is actually good. It’s the best athletic tape there is. Johnson and Johnson sports tape is also really good but it yellows and looks pretty gross after you sweat. This tape stays white, stays on, and stays firm. I’ve tried literally every other tape there is and this is the best one. The finger tape is also excellent.

When I got plantar fasciitis a couple of years ago, my podiatrist recommended taping my foot, particularly prior to playing pickleball. Within three weeks I had no more pain.
I continue to use the tape as a preventative measure, and this athletic tape is hands down the BEST! It’s easy to tear into strips, and it leaves absolutely no sticky residue when removed. I buy it by the case!

I play wheelchair tennis, and sometimes my fingers will get a blister, crack, tear a nail back.....etc.
I have tried other tapes, and so far, this is the only tape that stays on, is easy to remove, and doesn't leave heavy residue. Only time will tell if this is consistent. We'll see.

This tape is extremely strong and can handle abuse. I use it to make towel bats and boy it can handle my High School baseball players swinging with the towel bat. Yet it is fairly easy to tear a strip off when a piece is needed.

Tears easy when you need it. Like I'm taking very easy. Doesn't tear when in use on my thumb though. Only complaint is how thick the rolls is, need thinner tape for fingers but I make it work. Honestly the best tape I've ever bought. Oh also the adhesion I gave 4 stars, it's not weak, but it might be that if they added more glue it would leave residue or be hard to remove.

Did crossfit workout Grace of 30 clean and jerks and tape stayed on nicely. Easy to remove and no residue.However, did 8 heavy clean and jerks with lifting straps and the thumb loop caused the tape to slide off. So more testing needed

I have used KT in the past but for the value this is a great product which provides the same results. It is one use and comes off much easier and leaves no residual on the body.

Product works exactly as expected - you can easily tear off the entire width of the roll or break it into strips to fit your needs, and it stays on.
Only thing I didn't care for was Hampton Adams hounding me for a review afterwards.

My daughter’s ankle is prone to injury, so she applies this tape before every practice/scrimmage/game as insurance against problems. This specific brand was recommended to us by a hardcore female gymnast who, by her words, “has tried them all.â€While waiting for the tape to arrive for the first time, we picked up another product off-the-shelf at Walmart. That stuff did not stay in place, and my daughter ended up taking it off at halftime. On the other hand, she has now been using this tape about 20 different sporting events and it has never failed her. It goes on easily, stays perfectly in place, provides stability, and comes off easily and cleanly. What more could you want?One recommendation: This has nothing to do with this specific product, but if you are not sure quite how to apply tape for your specific injury or issue, go to YouTube and look it up. They methodology of applying the tape properly is even more important than the tape itself.

I apply liquid chalk to my hands releatedly when rock climbing. Liquid chalk has alcohol (about 70%) in it. Despite this, the tape still sticks to itself.It also tears off the role very easily

My daughter keeps a roll in her gymnastics bag at all times. Works great for gym and tape grips. Super sticky. My only complaint is since it is so sticky the sides of the roll get dirty. Not a huge deal but just something to note. You might wanna put the roll in a baggie or something to keep it clean.

I use this tape to help support my fingers where I got a pulley injury from rock climbing. I split the width into two pieces and apply between the 1st and 2nd knuckle as well as between the 2nd and 3rd knuckle. I find it easy to tear, easy to split width, and easy to apply/remove.

I used the tape for my fingers because they dry up really bad when it’s cold. Before I just dealt with my skin cracking but this tape made beach volleyball possible for me to enjoy. Now, I don’t have to worry about my hand getting cut each time I hit the ball. Absolutely love this product. The tape especially held up with all the sand and sweat that I normally put my hands through! Will be purchasing again in the future!

Finally a way to wear a covid face mask without having my glasses fog up. The tape provides an air tight seal that really works, better than other tape that I've tried. It is still a delicate process to remove the tape from my skin, but this tape has the right balance between adhesion and ease of removal.

Hampton Athletic Tape is a must have item if you need to tape up an injury. During this pandemic, my clumsiness has become more apparent as I have not only broken toes but also sprained a tendon in my foot. As a result, I needed to tape my injuries and ensure the product I used was easy to apply, maintained a strong adhesion, and was comfortable. This athletic tape hit all the marks. It is made of premium 100% cotton cloth grade medical material thereby making it breathable and comfortable on the skin. The manufacturer notes that no tape cutters are needed when using this product. However, I found it easier to snip it slightly with scissors to start and then tear. I was able to split the material in half and when torn there is no fraying. It applied it to my skin with minimal effort and if I needed to readjust it, I didn’t have to worry about it not sticking - because it did. I also noticed that it did not leave any glue stain residue. The tape stayed put despite frequent hobbling efforts around the house. The three pack was well packed and takes up minimal shelf space. I healed from my injuries quickly and easily. Very impressed with Hampton Athletic Tape and highly recommend it.

Came in a 3 nice big 3 pack.Adhesion is perfect even after reapplying.Provided necessary stability to my ankle when applied correctly.Even after being put through a moist and wet environment it held its integrity.No peeling on the ends and left no adhesive after taking it off.

Love this tape. I use it for climbing and it tears easier than any tape I've used previously. Its expected for the tape to shift while climbing. adhession is only so so and comes off often but since these rolls are so big I'll just tape up again.

I have a couple of finger issues due to climbing and this tape stays on fairly well under 2-3 hour sessions at the climbing gym. I find I sometimes need to re-apply if it’s particularly warm.

I put them on my heals and toes while rock climbing to avoid abrasion. It would slide down when I sweat so I would have to either stick a new piece of tape or keep adjusting them. But it does not bother me too much. Overall I am satisfied with this tape.

If you're picky about athletic tape like I am, this stuff is great! Was having to wrap daughter's ankle due to a high ankle sprain. I always have issues with tearing tape. This stuff didn't hurt my fingers to tear and did so easily! Couldn't find my usual brand available for shipping on short notice. This saved me.

I like using this tape for my foot to keep the swelling down and provide stability. It would probably be good for preventing blisters also. It sticks very well yet isn’t that hard to get off. This tape doesn’t stretch very much though, so depending on what you are using it for, you wouldn’t want to wrap it too tight.

This tape is better than many other tapes I've tried; however, if you have hyperhidrosis, don't expect it to stay on. I used it in a kickboxing class and it stuck to itself for the most part, but slipped off my skin within about half an hour.All things considered, it's a decent tape, but if you are really sweaty, don't expect it to last.

I used this to tape the balls of my feet for MMA. It will hold tight through a four hour session of Krav Maga, Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu on hard floors soaked with sweat. It also left no residue when removing after training. I saw a few reviews with some people being allergic, so obviously you should try a small square on your skin before going nuts with it but for me this tape is the cats f$^%ing pajamas.

Great for foot stability. I could barely take any steps even with a boot or a crutch, but I purchased once my orthopedist recommended taping. He said to always use prewrap for athletic tape first to protect the skin and add comfort, so those reviews claiming it irritated their skin were not using it properly. There should always be a barrier.

I tape up my Mrs. ankle when we do our long walks as she suffers from plantar fasciitis. I am used to taping up soccer kids ankles before games and am fairly skilled at it. Most athletic tape gets some getting used to as to how to tear it when applying it. This actually tears a little easier. Also, it does not leave as much residue as does the Mueller brand after you cut it off. I will buy more of this brand when it is time.
