I use this tape to secure my WOD & Done hand grips for CrossFit. It's perfect for around my wrists and very easy to tear the tape to my desired length. It feels very comfortable while I'm working out. It's sticky enough to stay secure around my wrists and also easy enough to remove without taking away hair, etc. You can just use some water and remove very easily. I'm very pleased with this tape for how I use it.

Tape is great for price and initially it’s adhesive is on point and very firm.If you sweat a lot this tape my need to be changed out to maintain it’s function, but they accommodate for that by making the roll size notably larger than your standard roll with other competitors.Glad to have 32 rolls, I think it was well worth it.

I was hesitant when I first started using the tape. It was lighter and not as thick as sport tapes I have used. The adhesion was not as sticky either. However, I am very happy with it because it tears off easily, and because it is not as sticky, it is more forgiving if it folds over on itself and is more pliable overall. I can smooth it down so it confirms to my foot. I really like working with this tape. I removed a star because I ordered white tape, but was sent black.

Great value to purchase such a bulk pack, and it is good tape for athletic taping needs. However, I've found it doesn't stick quite as strong as their black tape, even though they otherwise seem just about identical. The white tape is also the tiniest bit narrower - maybe a milometer. Good stuff, just wish the adhesion was a little better. I'm using it for plantar fasciitis taping, so it needs to be able to move with the foot and deal with sweat. I find that combining the two tapes together I can get it done well, making it stick as needed, but I have to use black for the base layer.

Unlike other tape you dont get those adhesive outlines after you take it off. Holds very well and doesn't get ungodly tight as you roll. Haven't had a piece fall off (though I have primarily been using it to tape ankles).

As a collegiate cheerleader where stunting and Coed partner stunting is normal taping my wrists and any other thing that gets tweaked is critical to maintain performance and safety. This tape is amazing!!!! Leaves no residue but has enough adhesion to stay on. On top of that it’s easy to rip. I’ve bought different brands but this is definitely one if the best I’ve used.

I’m a nail technician. I often get cuts from files From the dremel so I thought this take would help. It protects me from the cut but it’s hard to untape and once in contact with liquid or acetone/alcohol, it leaves a sticky residue behind. Company is very nice with customer service, very understanding. But I don’t think this is the best thing out there for nail techs.

I have been a licensed Athletic Trainer for 45 years and am very picky about the quality of tape I subject my fingers to. I am currently working with a pro indoor soccer team with a limited budget. I have used thousands of miles of tape in my career and only use the best. I have always used J&J Zonas , which is what all Zinc Oxide tape is measured by. I found this tape on Amazon and read most of the reviews and decided to give it a try. It has good adhesion, good pliability, easy to tear for a novice. The only thing I noticed from my players is a small amount of adhesive residue left after the tape job. Otherwise, It's well worth the money.

I use this tape for flying trapeze to wrap my wrists. I also make a grip for my left hand as a reinforcement to my adhesive grip (soon to be replaced with dowel grips). I fly frequently so it was very helpful to be able to buy in bulk as I go through these very quickly. They are easy to rip so you don't have to use scissors. I know some tape are hard to rip when it's humid in the summer, but I haven't tried these in the hot summer humidity. I do have to replace my left hand grip at least once through a class, especially if I make the grip too tight, which is expected.

I’m a professional bareback rider and if you don’t know we go through a lot of tape!! ’ve used all types of tape from Johnson’s&jhonson to Ace to muller, and this brand is by far the best tape I’ve ever used!! I have gone through at least five different athletic tapes for general sports use as well as taping up my fingers for Jiu Jitsu. This tape has the cerrated edges that make it super easy to tear, leaves little to no residue on my skin, and doesn't fray when making smaller strips (1-3mm) for taping up my fingers. Per roll, its a little bit more expensive but is worth every bit of it.
