I’ve been buying this brand for the last few years. Bar none it’s the best. I was a high school and college varsity athlete and now I ride horses competitively. I suffered a bad ankle and tape my ankle every time I ride. I also have allergies to adhesive. This tape causes zero skin irritation, easy to tear, and it stays super supportive even in a full 8 hours of competition, sweat and movement. I’ve used so many tapes and this is absolutely the best.

I use this tape in place of wraps when I train. At 66 I am not a heavy hitter anymore and train with bags only..and a Bob. This tape secures my hands well enough for Kempo gloves and MMA gloves. It is strange that I have never broken my hands using just a small amount of your tape to protect the skin from cuts, especially during G&P with a solid bag. The tape is excellent, but does tear at times and that is my fault as I should use an additional layer. This is why I deducted one star. I have been using this tape for years and it has just the right amount of adhesive and lasts a long time.

This is great tape for an athlete. My daughter uses it a lot in basketball. The only thing is that you gave to be careful removing it or it will take some skin off or leave a rash.

I bought this tape to protect my toe I injured during Brazilian jiu-jitsu BJJ practice (turf toe). The tape is of excellent quality (see the attached photo), has strong adhesion, easy to tear and leaves no residue whatsoever even after the two-hour practice with lots of sweating/rolling. It may seem it is a bit more expensive compared to other products on the market, but considering the quality of this tape, it is an excellent value for the money. Would highly recommend it.

I have turf toe and I use this tape to tape my big toe during crossfit workouts. I have to tape every day so this was the best value I found for yrds/$. Sticks well enough to stay for whole workouts but easy to remove without sticky residue.

I wrap my ankles before I play soccer and the sweat always makes these lose adhesion. The tape is easy to get on, it goes on nice and strong, and its easy to remove but that's because its already started peeling off by the time I'm done playing.

I spent a long time reading about all of the different tape options on amazon and went with this because it had the best reviews, and for good reason. I don't know why some people say that it doesn't stick to itself, because it does, and very well. I use it to tape up my hands, wrists, fingers, etc for rock climbing and it is awesome. It is way better than another brand my boyfriend has, but his is also kind of old and I assume that effects tape negatively. I also keep this tape in my first aid kits to use for everything, in fact I have my wrist tapped up right now from a cut from glass yesterday and it works great. It will also be ideal for taping heels to prevent blisters in boots, etc.

Good value, I always try to have some on hand and with the good box, it is handy, also. I use the under wrap or a sock to keep the tape from my skin but a few times have used it without. It sticks well and holds up while wearing. I prefer it to braces so ankles fit into shoes better.
