It does what you said it would do and be. It’s comfortable, adheres well to the skin, holds well even when sweating, offers good support where needed, does not irritate skin which breathes while secured and comes off easily and comfortably.

I normally start to see peeling within the first day or two of having tape and sometimes have to reapply within a week, but with this tape I haven't had that at all. I can keep the tape on for at least a week if not longer!

Do yourself a favor, and just keep rolls on hand, so if you find yourself in need, you're prepared. The tape is easy to use and did not give any trouble when removing like 5 days later.

An excellent, low cost Kinesiology tape! I am a life-long rock tape (RT) guy. I was very hesitant to buy this because RT works great for me. This is on par with RT or even better because it’s affordable! I used this for plantar fasciitis, Achilles support, and tib anterior support. Was very surprised how well this held. I am a heavy sweater and do road run/swim combos and this held great! No edge peeling. Easy to cut and shape. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful Kinesiology tape which stretches (elasticity), and adheres (extra firm hold) to the skin while providing bracing support. This tape is waterproof, sweatproof, and is easily peeled off without leaving a sticky residue. I personally find it easy to remove the tape prior to bathing rather than getting it wet first. I take daily epsom foot soaks finding it requires about 10-15 min to cut then apply the stirrup strip to my lower extremites around both heels. The 1 package contains two rolls which are sterile, and ready to use with a grid pattern on the back that is easy to cut to size. Using the used backing grid side to firm the Ktape in place seals the tape's edges to the skin.

Yeah, the tape left a rash where the glue was........ lasting 3 days as of today. Works really well, just be careful on sensitive areas. (Inner arm near elbow)

The good: The markings on the back make cutting it to desired length a snap. Cuts easily. It is thin and flexible, it stretches nicely and sticks very well. It did the job and reduced my pain dramatically. It removes well also, after wearing for 3 days. No tearing of the skin, etc, and I have very sensitive, thin skin. Tho my skin reacted badly and I got a severe rash, taking the tape off was not a problem and it did not tear the wounded skin.The bad: It left me with a bad reaction to the adhesive. Red rash, lines outlining where the tape ended. Painful, itchy. After 3 days without the tape I can still see the rash, tho it has subsided a lot. Some folks have easily irritated skin, and I'm one. Other things also cause me issues, so I think I can't trash this item just based on that.I gave it 4 stars because it functioned very well. Stuck easily, cut easily, came off easily, and relieved my pain dramatically. Not 5 stars, tho, because it also gave me a painful rash everywhere it had stuck onto my skin.

I was looking for a less expensive version of kinesiology tape than the more popular brands that were still functional.This tape comes in two rolls of 16 ft each (i.e 32 feet total). It appears to adhere every bit as well as KT tape and is water resistant. I wear it for 48 hours before changing. The fact that it is about the same price as a roll of 16 feet of KT tape means I get twice as much tape for the $$$.The only reason I did not give it 5 stars for pain relief is that I was applying it to reduce plantar fasciitis pain and while it did appear to reduce the pain some, there was still some residual discomfort in my heel. But to be fair, neither did the KT tape eliminate heel pain. That is really a function of the individual users plantar fasciitis pain and is not a criticism of the tape itself.

I've been dealing with stiff calves due to walking so much at work and some of that time walking on uneven terrain such as rocks. KT brand seems to stick a little better and offer a little more pain relief, but this works as well and I've noticed I just need more strategically place it to feel the relief.

It isn’t a miracle cure. But what it is, is an amazing treatment aid. I have what I guess is Planters Fasciitis, and with the help of this tape, I’m able to make it to the end of the day without pain meds. A wonderful example of science done right.
