Returns

To return an item please contact us and we will assist you by providing a free return label.

Once we receive your parcel, an email will be sent advising we have received your returned goods.  Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days from this email confirmation.

Please Note:

• Please ensure that all returns are in their original packaging/box and enclosed in a satchel or box for protection or the return may be refused.
• We are responsible for the cost of postage to return items to the Online Store.
